Gems from Victoria Campbell

We are, once again, on a mining expedition and, in this episode, we tap into a few of the gems we found, during our interview, last week, with Victoria Campbell. Join us as we share the connections we see, between Victoria’s amazing quest to save our earth and Herminia Ibarra’s wisdom, as found in her book, Working Identify.  We explore career transition, referencing  gems we’ve collected for some of our former guests, as well as a bit of wisdom found in Marcus Buckingham’s book, Love+Work. Finally, we have a bit more information about our upcoming Lifting Leaders Podcast Virtual FIRST Anniversary Party, coming up on March 25th. Victoria will be joining us with a surprise! Want to know more about the surprise…lend us your ears!

Show Notes

Challenges for Action

  • With respect to Herminia Ibarra’s three steps of career change, that Kristal shared, where might you place yourself?

  • Carve out some time (give yourself some space), this next week, to take a pause, reflect on where you are with respect to your own working identify. What is your purpose? What do you do that you love doing? What changes would you like to make?
